Controllers w/Analog Inputs

Station Master 700 Series:

Contegra's Station Master 700 series of controllers may be used to control the operation of two (SM702), three (SM703 or four (SM704) pumps in either a Pump-Up or Pump-Down mode of operation.  Further, SM700 series controllers are able to handle pumps operating at a constant speed (i.e. operating with across-the-line starters) or variable/adjustable speed (i.e. operating with VFDs/AFDs).  The suffix denotes the controllers configuration.  For example, the duplex controller for a constant speed application is the SM702C.  The variable speed counterpart is the SM702V.

CA-A100          Simplex Controller, Pump-Up, Surge Damping

Contegra's CA-A100 is typically used to control the operation of a single pump in response to level fluctuations in a storage tank.  The CA-A100 is designed to dampen pressure surges.  thus, the CA-A100 can be located near the pump rather than near the tank.  The CA-A100 accepts a 0-10 VDC input which is typically produced by a 4-20 mADC signal driven through a resistor.

CA-200          Duplex Controller, Pump-Down

Contegra's CA-200 is typically used to control the operation of one or two pumps on a pump-down application (e.g. sewage wet well).    a single pump in response to level fluctuations in a storage tank.  The CA-A100 is designed to dampen pressure surges.  thus, the CA-A100 can be located near the pump rather than near the tank.  The CA-A100 accepts a 0-10 VDC input which is typically produced by a 4-20 mADC signal driven through a resistor.
